If you are having issues seeing stars in the dashboard go through these steps to fix it:
1. make sure the student is connected to reliable internet. Some schools have firewalls that prevent the app from communicating with the dashboard.
2. Shut down the app and reopen it, check for any updates.
3. Make sure the student is using the correct email address/logged in correctly.
4. Check that the Class Code is correct and has been put in by the student in their app.
